Bulky Kerbside Service Options

It is recommended that Council resolves as follows: 1 That the report/attachments be deemed confidential and be treated as such in accordance with sections 171 and 200 of the Local Government Act 2009 and that the report/attachments remain confidential unless the Chief Executive Officer decides otherwise. 2 That Council endorses maintaining current service levels including exploring options to enhance the bulky kerbside service. 3 That Council undertake community consultation on the bulky kerbside service. 4 That the Chief Executive Officer (or delegate) negotiate a contract extension to the existing contract of up to 12 months if required to enable service continuity. 5 That a report be presented to a future relevant Committee with the findings from the community consultation and recommended next steps.
