Development Permit for a Material Change of Use (Impact Assessment) for a Child Care Centre at 1 McCrae Court, Maudsland

It is recommended that Council resolves as follows: That Council approves (with conditions) the issue of a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for a Child Care Centre (32 Children) in accordance with the Development Conditions and Property Notifications, set out in Attachment 1.
