Invest Gold Coast Surfnetwork Market Sounding

That the changed Committee Recommendation ETE26.1008.004 be adopted as follows: 1 That the report/attachments be deemed confidential and be treated as such in accordance with sections 171 and 200 of the Local Government Act 2009 and that the report/attachments remain confidential unless the Chief Executive Officer decides otherwise. 2 That Council notes the findings of the Invest Gold Coast SurfNetwork Phase 2 Strategic Review and Market Sounding. 3 That Council endorses Option 2 including Invest Gold Coast undertaking further due diligence work and proceeding with a non-binding Expression of Interest (EOI) process. 4 That Council notes that a further report will be presented to the Economy, Tourism and Events Committee in July 2027.
