Development Permit for a Material Change of Use (Impact Assessment) for a Child Care Centre at 1 McCrae Court, Maudsland

That the changed Committee Recommendation PE26.0901.007 be adopted as follows: That Council approves (with conditions) the issue of a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for a Child Care Centre (24 Children) in accordance with the Development Conditions and Property Notifications, set out in Attachment 1 as amended to reflect 24 children in conditions 5, 7, 12, advice note D, property notifications C, and deletion of condition 25(a)(ii).
