City Plan Building Height Uplift Provisions

It is recommended that Council resolves as follows: That City officers present a report to the 871 Council meeting scheduled for 15 September 2026 which includes options (including options for a Temporary Local Planning Instrument) to clarify the intended application of the relevant City Plan building height uplift provisions, including the criterion relating to housing choice and affordability.
