That the Committee Recommendation PE26.0811.011 be adopted as follows: That Council approves (with conditions) the issue of a development permit for a material change of use for Multiple dwellings (176 units), Food and drink outlet, Shop and Office at 1 – 7 Reed Street and Lot 168 Ashmore Road, Ashmore, in accordance with Attachment 1.
