That the Committee Recommendation PE26.0714.007 be adopted as follows: It is recommended that Council resolves as follows: That Council approves (with conditions) the issue of a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for Multiple Dwellings (51 Units) in accordance with the Development Conditions and Property Notifications, set out in Attachment 1.
