That the Committee Recommendation PE26.0714.006 be adopted as follows: It is recommended that Council resolves as follows: That Council approves (with conditions) the issue of a development permit for a combined Material change of use for Multiple dwellings (280), Short term accommodation (280), Bar (not exceeding 100m2), Food and drink outlet, Shop and Volumetric subdivision, in accordance with conditions set out in Attachment 1.
